What Really Matters, Inc.

Event Planning and Floral Design

At What Really Matters, we are focused on providing event planning and floral design services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction & we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

We are not a Telaflora/ FTD florist.  Not that there is anything wrong with those fine companies, we just want to be a little more unique and a little less predictable.  We offer a large array of unique and off-beat floral containers that you won't see everywhere else.  We recycle; most of our containers have a prior life (but we only use containers that are clean, sanitized, and in excellent condition.)  We like containers that have lived a little, such as antique gravy boats, shoes, coffee mugs, pottery and old pieces of crystal to hold our flowers.  And we like items that can be reused by the recipient, such as mugs, drink tumblers and such.  But, if anyone likes to keep their home clutter free, we happily take our containers back and give a ten percent off coupon in return for the recycled container [so long as it is in excellent condition]. However, we do have cylinder vases, mason jar vases and other popular styles of glassware that will appeal to today's modern bride.  We are a virtual store; we can set up an appointment to meet with you if you wish, but most of our orders will be taken over the phone and on-line. This is one way we can keep our costs down and our prices lower.  At this time we only offer local delivery, not wire floral services.  This may change as the business grows.

Our owner and floral designer is Susan Erlenbach. Susan has lived in Titusville for 33 years with her husband and four children.  She has been passionate about flowers since she was a small child playing in her grandmother's rose garden. Susan's assistant is Sandy Berry, who has also resided in Titusville for thirty years with her husband and four children.  We will both do our utmost to make you happy that you chose What Really Matters for your floral and event planning needs.
